Basic Monthly Goal Planner
List section: Write down your general goals for the month. When you accomplish one, you can check it off your list and move on to another goal!
Mood section: Jot down your mood goal(s) for the week. Maybe you’d like to work on laughing more, reducing your anxiety, or keeping your irritability in check.
Self-care section: Write down your self-care goals for the month. Try to list at least two or three. You deserve it!
Coping skills section: Write down which coping skills you’d like to try this month.
