The Mental Health Awareness Project, through it’s fierce network of passionate mental health advocates,
helps educate the public on mental health and raise awareness of mental health issues every single calendar day of the year.

We’re always looking to add more people who are passionate about raising awareness of mental health topcis to our team.

A chance to tell your story

Being a part of the Mental Health Awareness Project will give you the opportunity to share your story.

Raising awareness

Help us raise awareness of mental health issues that affect almost one billion people worldwide.

Starting conversations

You'll be helping us start healthy conversations about mental health, mental wellness, and mental illness.

Supporting others

You'll have the opportunity to meet and support others along your advocacy journey with us.

Educating the public

Help us educate people on mental health topics to help decrease judgment and stigma associated with mental health.

Inner satisfaction

You'll gain inner satisfaction from making a real difference in the world and from meeting so many wonderful people.

Current Openings

 

We’re looking for more Mental Health Writers to contribute posts to the Mental Health Awareness Project’s blog! If you consider yourself a mental health blogger or writer, or if you want to write about mental health, this might be a great position for you.

Details of duties:
1.) All posts should be related to mental health, mental wellness, or mental illness

2.) Post should be well-written (grammar and spelling) and easy to read

3.) Be willing to help us grow our blog’s following, subscribers, and engagement

4.) The publishing goal for each of our Mental Health Writers is at least two (2) posts per month, but more is great and preferred.

We’re looking for one person to assist with publishing and scheduling posts on the Mental Health Awareness Project’s Facebook page. You will coordinate and collaborate with our other Facebook Page Manager. If you consider yourself a Facebook fanatic or find yourself scrolling on there all the time, and are interested in helping us raise awareness of mental health, this might be a great position for you.

Details of duties:
1.) All posts should be related to mental health, mental wellness, or mental illness

2.) Post should be well-written (grammar and spelling) and easy to read

3.) Be willing to help us grow our Facebook Page’s Likes and engagement.

4.) The publishing goal for each of our Facebook Page Managers is two (2) or three (3) times per week.

We’re looking for one person to assist with publishing and scheduling posts on the Mental Health Awareness Project’s Pinterest boards. You will coordinate and collaborate with our other Pinterest Account Manager. If you consider yourself a Pintastic pinner or find yourself always browsing Pinterest for ideas and inspiration, and you’re interested in helping us raise awareness of mental health, this might be a great position for you.

Details of duties:
1.) All posts should be related to mental health, mental wellness, or mental illness

2.) Post should be well-written (grammar and spelling) and easy to read

3.) Be willing to help us grow our Pinterest following and repins.

4.) The publishing goal for each of our Pinterest Account Managers is two (2) or three (3) times per week.
